Family owned and operated, ABQ City Limits Restaurant and Catering opened its doors in November 1999. We began as a true Mom & Pop business with our teenagers taking orders and running the cash register. Even our five-year-old did his best to bus tables. (Our customers got a real kick out of him.)
Over the past years, both our family and our restaurant have “grown up.” Although we still serve generous portions of authentic New Mexican dishes, we have expanded our menu to include a variety of other dishes that are sure to satisfy.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those responsible for making these past years possible. First of all, we thank God for His many, many blessings; our children for their hard work, laughter, and support. (That is, when we weren’t all trying to wring each other’s necks behind the scenes.) Thank you to our extended family for the love, support, ideas, and hard work in the construction and decorating of our restaurant. And, of course, our loyal customers, thank you for telling others about us and for bringing in your families, friends, neighbors, coworkers, etc. It is because of you that our name is becoming known throughout Albuquerque and the surrounding areas.
